| Dean of the dsu (driversselect.com University) -
each month one employee is chosen by peers to manage all the online and
offline educational efforts. They are provided with a monthly budget
they can use to purchase new educational material to improve areas in
both inside and outside of work. Educational materials include ways to
improve health, exercise, nutrition, spiritual, personal relationships,
finance and wealth management, communication, team building, etc. The
Dean of dsu with the help of other employees are involved in selecting
educational speakers who come in to speak in areas of interest to
employees. |

DJ of the Week -
does the music in your work environment entertain you? Each week
employees elect a DJ of the week who controls the music selection and
play list for the work environment.

- Country
- MoTown

Chairman of the driversselect.com social Lounge -
ever wish you had an area where you could escape your work for just 15
or 30 minutes? That is why we created the driversselect.com social
lounge. The lounge is an area where driversselect.com employees can come
together, relax, unwind, or challenge one another to Xbox360, pool, or
other games. What is so unique about the driversselect.com social lounge
is it is totally created by employees. Each month we elect a Chairman
of the social lounge a long with 4 councilmen who are given a budget to
design and select new items for the social lounge. This is another great
way for employees to bring some of their interests and passion into the
workplace.

Mayor of the Day -
Four days each week employees are provided an opportunity to feed their
coworkers. Each week 4 different employees are elected and given a
budget they use to create a breakfast, lunch, or afternoon snack for all
the employees. The Chef of the Day gets to pick what they want the
other employees to be served and we have seen some very interesting
choices. One day you can find the lunch room filled with waffles,
biscuits & gravy, and scrambled eggs and other days the campus is
full of Red Bull energy drinks, Jersey Mikes subs, or pizza parties.
Some people like to cook the meals and serve their fellow employees a
home cooked meal. We probably won't be awarded the healthiest company in
America this year but it is always something different every day.

Give back to the community -
each month our employees are given the opportunity to participate in
various charitable organizations where they are paid a full days salary.
In some cases where the employee is not able to attend we allow them to
have a family member work at the charity and receive a paid day of work
which adds more money to the employees bank account.
Community events includes:
-Birthday parties for children in shelters
-Habitat for humanity
-9/11 Dallas community events

Our consultants spend the majority of their time

objective is to complete as much of the sales and financing process as
